SpyAgent from SpyTech is considered by the independent testing authority, Keylogger.org, the best keylogger on the market (at least at this time). For 3 days, I have tested SpyAgent and my conclusion is clear: SpyAgent is, indeed, an impressive product.

Here is a list of pros and cons you should consider when trying SpyAgent:

Pros

• Easy to install
• All the options/settings are one click away
• It has a lot of monitoring options. It virtually logs everything you/anyone do/does on the computer. 
• The keystrokes are fully recorded per application (and the Format option works nicely)
• It has a Content Filtering / Parental Control module
• The reports are very clear and elegant. They also can be exported to .txt, .xls and .html.
• It records every file activity (open/modify/close/etc)
• It records all websited visited. The URL is shown for all browsers (even for Firefox).
• Both sides chat recording is also implemented.

Cons

• It is quite expensive ($69.95).
• The trial mode is not very friendly (it stops after 30 minutes, a lot of popups are shown, etc). I prefer products that have full trial versions for 3-5 days.
• It crashed several times at startup (maybe it was due to other software installed on my computer)
• I could not make it send email reports (maybe it works in the full version)

To sum up, SpyAgent is a great keylogger and it can be used by both geeks and pros. I would say that it has more functionalities than you need as average user. My advice is to also check out the cons I have mentioned above and the most important: Try before you buy!
